Please check for any changes to an Order of Business, Committee Agenda, or meeting materials, made after being placed on the website, but prior to the meeting, at the official posting site in the lobby of the District Headquarters.
There will be a new process for addressing the Board at this meeting.
There will be no speakers or visitors allowed into the Board Room due to adherence to the Stay At Home directives.
The Board of Education encourages public comment on the items for action on this agenda. Please consider using our alternative methods. Commenters can email all Board Members at boardmembers@lausd.net, or use the US Mail at 333 S. Beaudry Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90017, or leave a phone message at (213) 443-4472, or fax (213) 241-8953. Items received by Monday, 11 a.m., January 25, 2021 will be distributed to all Board Members.
Individuals wishing to address the Board at the beginning of this meeting on the items to be discussed should call 1-669-900-6833 and enter Meeting ID 847 3246 0174 from their telephone keypad. Then press #, and then # again when prompted for the Participant ID. Callers will be placed on hold until it is their turn to speak.
For 20 minutes, callers will be selected randomly to speak from the callers on hold. All callers may not be heard by the conclusion of the 20 minutes time period. There will be no advantage to calling early. Each caller will be limited to 3 minutes.
Callers will know to speak when receiving the signal that their phone has been removed from hold and/or unmuted. Callers will then press *6 and be brought into the meeting.

La Mesa Directiva alienta al público a ofrecer sus comentarios sobre cualquiera de los asuntos que aparezcan en el orden del día o que conciernan a la Mesa Directiva. Las personas que deseen presentar un comentario pueden enviarlo por correo electrónico a boardmembers@lausd.net o enviar una carta por correo a esta dirección (333 S. Beaudry, LA, CA 90017) o pueden dejar un mensaje telefónico llamando al (213) 443-4472 o enviando un fax al (213) 241- 8953. Toda correspondencia que se reciba antes las 11 am en punto del 25 de enero será distribuida a todos los miembros de la Mesa Directiva.
Las personas que quieran presentar comentarios a la Mesa Directiva al principio de esta reunión sobre los temas sujetos a un voto, deben llamar al teléfono 1-669-900-6833 y dígitar el número de reunión (Meeting ID 847 3246 0174) con el teclado de su teléfono.
